Grow Rite, LLC is a cultivation company, owned and operated by Massachusetts. Grow Rite, LLC is looking for Cultivation Associates as we start our operation. Cultivation Associates are responsible for performing all cultivation duties as directed by the Cultivation Manager. The duty will be throughout the cultivation process including De-fanning, Harvesting, Trimming. The Cultivation Associates must be willing to abide by Grow Rite, LLC policies and procedures as well as CCC compliance requirements. The Cultivation Associates will work closely with our Cultivation Management and other associates. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting cultivation staff before and during the harvest process (defoliating, cutting and hanging plants to dry). Shuck dry plants into bins in preparation for trim. Maintaining a sanitary and organized work environment at all times Perform routine deep cleans after each room is harvested. Labeling bins and all drying plant material with appropriate tags. Dispose of plan waste throughout the workflow. Recording and destroying plant waste throughout the workflow. Track de-fan time from start to finish. Use attention to detail while working. Perform repetitive task throughout the day as needed. i.e:
cloning, seedling, trimming. Follow and adhere to all operational guidelines and compliance policies and procedures per Grow Rite, LLC and the Cannabis Control Commission(CCC). Requirements:
Professional amicable demeanor. Must be at least 21 years of age; Must consent to and pass an extensive background check to the employer's satisfaction. Honest and aware of regulation guidelines. Organizational skills, attention to detail. Dependable and hardworking attitude. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Ability to work well with team members and also individually. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to perform strenuous tasks that involve bending, reaching, and lifting. High School diploma or equivalent. Schedule:
8 hour shift - 40 hours a week. Day shift. Monday to Friday. Work Location:
