Intake Coordinator/Clinician

As the Master's Level Intake Clinician, you will:
conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer
collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition
provide direct therapeutic intervention
maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers
involve families in evaluation, treatment planning and on-going treatment to the degree agreed upon with consumer
provide crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary
provide consultation and education to families
Carry small ongoing caseload of outpatient clients
Schedule: 20 hours per week; flexible

Required Skills
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Office, required
Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required
Required Experience
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required
Independent licensure in social work, psychology, or counseling strongly preferred
Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual's professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
